Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Your personal data collected through your job application will be processed exclusively for the purpose of recruitment, candidate assessment, and potential employment. The legal basis for this processing is your voluntary consent given by ticking the checkbox on the application form in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Categories of Processed Data
We process the personal information you provide such as name, contact details, work experience, education, references, and any other data included in your application documents.
Data Recipients
Your data may be shared internally with authorized HR staff and management involved in the recruitment process. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except if required by law or regulatory obligations.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of the completion of the recruitment process. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless you have consented to longer retention for future recruitment needs, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Your Data Subject Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected.
- Restrict or object to processing for legitimate reasons.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

No automatic decision-making or profiling occurs in our recruitment process.
